Capgemini is hiring for ServiceNow Developer - Catalog CMDB Dev

Experience range: 10 to 13 years

Location: Pan India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Configure Service Catalog Items including workflows, UI policies, and approval processes.
• Design and Implement CMDB Structures ensuring accurate relationships and data integrity.
• Integrate Service Catalog with CMDB and ITSM Processes for seamless service delivery.
• Customize Workflows and Business Rules for catalog and asset management.
• Collaborate with ITSM and Infrastructure Teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform Testing and Support Upgrades for Catalog and CMDB modules.
• Maintain Documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  

Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: 35 years in ServiceNow development with focus on Service Catalog and CMDB.

Technical Skills:
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)
Service Catalog configuration and workflow design
CMDB data modeling and relationship mapping
Integration Hub and API development (REST/SOAP)

Preferred: Knowledge of ITIL processes and asset discovery tools.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management.

Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow ITSM or CMDB Implementation Specialist
ITIL Foundation Certification
