Assistant Manager Operations - Ahmedabad @ Addrec Solutions

1. Shall report to the Head of OCC/Flight Ops Manager on flight operations and safety issues.

2. Should be working / worked in operations department of an airline or any charter aviation company having minimum of 05 years of experience in aviation operations department.

3. Obtain actual weather from destinations and monitor weather frequently during the Monsoon and advise the operating crew about the changes.

4. Obtain a satellite picture from Internet for displaying it in the Ops. Room

5. Obtain NOTAMs from the ATC and advise the Head of OCC and operating crew about any restrictions affecting the company's daily operations.

6. Follow all aircrafts of the company through passengers, radio rooms and ATC authorities. Any changes in the schedule are to be brought to the notice of the Flight Ops Manager immediately.

7. Maintain adequate stock of necessary operational forms, such as Flight Plans, Manifests, Pre-flight medical reports, Daily Flight Details etc.

8. Prepare the reports on daily basis of the daily flight details, aircraft wise summary, FDTL, monthly summary for all aircrafts, fuel uplift summary, operations reports, DGCA reports, training returns.

9. Maintain a record of all aircrew licenses and medical examinations.

10. Ensure safety and security of the airplanes, the passengers, baggage and cargo, in cooperation with the Authority and the authorities responsible for the security at foreign aerodromes.
