Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor integration requests through the Zoho Ticketing System.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless execution of integration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Provide timely support and updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding integration progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices for integration management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration workflows and optimize system performance.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to streamline integration operations.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
- Prior experience in operations, integration management, or technical support is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Zoho Ticketing System or similar CRM/ticketing platforms.
- Excellent email management and communication skills for professional client and team interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
