Job Title: Customer Care Associate Voice Process
Location: Noida, Sector 142
Work Mode: On-site | Shift: 5 Days Rotational
Cab Facility: Available up to 30 km radius

About the Role
We are seeking articulate, customer-focused professionals to join our dynamic Voice Process team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

• Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate solutions.

• Maintain call logs and update customer records.

• Meet quality and performance benchmarks consistently.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi for Domestic; strong English for International).

• Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Prior experience in a voice process will be an added advantage.

Compensation

• Domestic Voice Process: up to 3.20 LPA

• International Voice Process: up to 4.20 LPA
