Job Description

Capgemini is hiring for Service Desk Now- S2P

Experience range: 10 to 13 years

Location: Pan India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Customize ServiceNow Applications for S2P modules, including workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
• Configure and Maintain Service Catalog and related items for procurement and vendor management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for S2P automation using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement ACLs and Security Policies to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Collaborate with Functional Teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform System Testing, Upgrades, and Migration of customizations to new ServiceNow versions.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues related to S2P workflows and integrations.
• Maintain Documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  

Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: 35 years in ServiceNow development with exposure to Procurement/S2P processes.

Technical Skills:

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)
ServiceNow APIs and IntegrationHub
Workflow and Flow Designer
REST/SOAP integrations
Knowledge of ITIL processes

Preferred: Experience with ERP integration (SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management.

Certifications (Preferred)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ITIL Foundation Certification
