Designation: HR MIS
Location: Mumbai (Powai)
Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in preparing HR-related MIS reports
Qualification: Any Graduate
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR-related MIS trackers and data, including recruitment, joinings, and employee records.
- Regularly update HR MIS reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Accurately generate and share reports and dashboards in a timely manner.
- Provide analytical insights and support to the HR team through comprehensive reporting.
- Recommend improvements to existing MIS processes to enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain and manage HR business MIS records in Excel for all relevant employee information.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HR Head or HOD.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Experienced in Data analysis
- High typing speed with strong accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
