Job Description
About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user / Machine - generated content to ensure compliance with the platform's policies and community guidelines. This role requires a high degree of critical thinking, excellent language skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and positive online environment. We require candidates with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate complex and escalated content, including text, images, posts and videos in accordance with established policies.
- Apply advanced understanding of policy guidelines to make accurate, consistent and timely decisions
- Identify, analyze and report emerging content trends, policy gaps and potential risk areas to improve moderation processes.
- Handle sensitive content with emotional resilience and professionalism.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for volume, quality and efficiency.
- Participate in calibration sessions and ongoing training to maintain high standards of content quality.

- Work from Office.
- 2-way transport availability.
- 5-day work (2 rotational week offs).
- Graduation Mandatory (Provisional degree certificate is mandatory)
- Result pending candidates are not eligible
