Fresh graduates from B.A/B.Com/BBA/BBM backgrounds are eligible to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language proficiency required.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (if necessary).
Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
