Job Description:

Genus Healthcare Solution is hiring a Medical Coding Trainer for its Noida office. This is a work-from-office role strictly for female candidates with a medical background (BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT). Ideal for someone passionate about teaching and helping aspiring coders build their careers in healthcare.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: BDS / BHMS / BAMS / BPT (Only Doctors Eligible)
  
• Gender: Female Candidates Only
  
• Location: Willing to work from our Noida office
  
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
  
• Work Mode: Onsite only (No Work From Home)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom training on Medical Coding concepts (ICD-10-CM, CPT, DRG, etc.)
  
• Explain real-time scenarios and prepare students for certification exams (CPC/CCS)
  
• Create and manage course content, case studies, and tests
  
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
  
• Coordinate with the management for class schedules and student engagement
