Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from JD creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, to final onboarding.
Conduct detailed technical pre-screening to assess candidate skills and suitability.
Implement best practices in technical hiring and continuously improve sourcing techniques, screening frameworks, and interview processes.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline conversion.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services/product/SaaS).
Strong understanding of technologies such as Java/JavaScript/Python/PHP frameworks, MERN/LAMP stack, Mobile (iOS/Android/Flutter), Automation Testing (Selenium, Appium), Manual Testing, Cloud/DevOps (AWS, Azure, CI/CD), UI/UX, Product & Project Management.
Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in fast-paced tech environments or digital agencies is preferred.
