Lead Developer Frappe Framework @ Web Spiders

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of marketplace features and modules using Frappe Framework .
  
• Architect and maintain integrations between ERP, e-commerce systems, and external APIs.
  
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to a team of 3 4 developers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
  
• Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of existing systems.
  
• Manage release cycles, sprint planning, and ensure adherence to best development practices.
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide the team in resolving critical bugs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  
• 2+ years of proven experience in custom app development using Frappe Framework (mandatory).
  
• Strong proficiency in Python , JavaScript , and React.js .
  
• Experience in leading or mentoring small development teams.
  
• Strong understanding of database design (MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  
• Exposure to API design, integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace platforms is highly preferred .
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
