We are looking for AI/ML Engineer for one of our client
Role: AI/ML Engineer
Position: 1
Location: Chennai or Bangalore (Client office)
AI/ML Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, fine-tune, and optimize Generative AI/LLM-based solutions for personalization and commerce experiences.
- Lead the full ML lifecycle: from model training and evaluation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Implement LLMOps and MLOps practices for scalable, production-grade AI systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data science teams to translate ideas into impactful AI products.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into production workflows.
- Ensure high-quality code, performance, and reliability through testing, reviews, and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, or related field.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Proven experience in building AI solutions using Big Data, distributed systems, and real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, HBase).
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and modern experimentation platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with content understanding, entity resolution, or knowledge graph systems.
- Built GenAI services leveraging unstructured data in real-world applications.
