Job Description


Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures,
and general inquiries.
Support the HRBP team by assisting with employee relations cases, including
disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Partner with the HRBP team to assist in talent management initiatives such as
performance appraisals, career development discussions, and succession
planning.
Work with managers to identify employee development needs and help
coordinate relevant training programs.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by organizing and supporting
team-building activities, surveys, and programs.
Assist in collecting employee feedback through pulse surveys or check-ins and
present findings.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Support new joiners with all the formalities and smooth transition to their
respective teams.
Drive and facilitate all employee processes like Pulse connects, surveys,
engagement, performance evaluations, R&R, etc.
Support offboarding processes, ensuring completion of exit formalities and
conducting exit interviews.
Employee Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS system and
internal repositories.
Ensure that all employee records are organized and confidential
Create trackers and dashboards for analysis and reporting.
HR Strategy Support:
Collaborate with HR Business Partners on strategic projects that impact
employee experience, culture, and business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover and present insights to the team
for driving improvements in HR strategy.
Requirements:
>1 year of experience in HR Operations, Administration, or HRBP support (internships
are a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with HR systems.
Basic understanding of HR best practices and employee relations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
