 Technical Customer Support Executive

Job Description

Teleperformance is looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our Technical Support Team for a blended process. As a Technical Support Executive, you will assist customers in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting device problems and ensuring a smooth customer experience through voice and non-voice channels. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and a passion for helping others while working remotely from the comfort of their home.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Under-graduate/Graduate
  • Experience: Fresher's/Candidates with prior technical support experience

Require Skills:

  • Excellent fluency in English (Both Verbal & Written)
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability with electronic devices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a 24x7 night shift environment
  • Problem solving ability mindset with patience and professionalism

System Requirement:

  • Processor: i3 & above
  • RAM: 8GB minimum
  • Internet speed: 50mbps minimum
  • Headset: Noise cancellation USB headset
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or above

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC: 20,000 per month
