Were hiring Recruiters and prior recruitment experience is NOT required.

If youve worked in customer service, sales, operations, admin, hospitality, BPO, or any people-facing role, you may be a perfect fit.

What Youll Do

Learn and manage the recruitment process (well train you!)
Source and screen candidates using simple tools
Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
Understand hiring needs and support managers
Deliver a smooth, friendly candidate experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisation & multitasking ability
Confidence in talking to people
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, job portals)
