Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with expertise in Angular and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines, along with experience in unit testing and test automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions following Agile methodology.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and work with Azure DevOps for automated deployments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
- Perform unit testing using Jasmine, Karma, and other test frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, performance testing, and test automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Technical Skills:
- Angular (latest versions), Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Web application frameworks and RESTful APIs
- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma)
- Test automation and scripting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Methodologies:
- Agile project management and Scrum practices
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in software development with Angular and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with performance testing and system administration.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for Agile project tracking.
