Role & responsibilities
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, guiding the development process, and addressing any challenges that arise. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Analyze application performance and implement enhancements as needed.Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, Cloud Security Architecture, React.js, Microsoft Azure Active Directory.- Should have large scale enterprise design experience to provide high-available, mission critical solutions- Should have profound understanding of web-based technologies including multi-tier applications and security standards- Should have hands-on experience with .Net core, rest API, SQL, CI/CD integration, GitLab, Json, React JS- Should have experience with cloud-based environment: Microsoft Azure, Azure AD- Should have strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills which is essential for figuring out complex issuesAdditional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.- The candidate should be willing to work from our client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.- A 15 years full time education is required.
