Job Title: Customer Service (Aviation Industry)

Location: Gurgaon,

Salary: 16,500 In-Hand + 4,000 Incentive

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Including odd hours)

Working Days: 6 Days (Weekly Off on Rotation)

Transport: One-way cab provided during odd hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, adhering to company policies.
• Handle complaints, inquiries, and other customer-related concerns with a positive and professional attitude.
• Support various operational processes in the aviation sector, as directed by the team leader.
• Adhere to targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
