Job Description

• This is an Individual Contributor Role
• Manage Sales & distributions for Home Loan
• Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
• Empanel new DSAs from market & Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs
• Liasoning with Internal teams Credit, legal, technical, RCU & Operations
• Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to customer & channel partners.
• Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company
  

Preferred candidate profile :

• Qualification - Graduate / MBA
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Home Loan/ LAP/Mortgage etc.
• Banking Product & Process Knowledge
• Aggressive approach with Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Sales and Influencing Skills
• Relationship Management & Good influencing skills
