Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)( Exicutive Role)


Experience: MBA Fresher or Minimum 6 Months Experience
Preferred: Immediate Joiner


About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end HR processes and support business objectives. This role is ideal for MBA graduates passionate about HR and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Employee Retention: Implement strategies to improve retention and reduce attrition.
  • Induction & Onboarding: Conduct induction programs and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from joining to exit.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain performance reports to support appraisal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.

Shift Details:

  • Primary Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Flexibility: Must be open to work in a 24/7 environment if required
