Job Description
Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and recruit agent partners within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive consistent insurance sales.
- Conduct field visits for agent engagement, training, and market development.
- Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Perform monthly goal setting with partners and break down the plan into weekly targets to consistently achieve overall sales objectives.
- Train prospects on products and partners on using the PBPartners portal and app.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and provide necessary training to agent partners.
Business Sustainability:
- Drive partner retention through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Achieve targeted renewal retention ratio through timely interventions.
- Maintain portfolio health by ensuring the right product mix based on market needs.
Service Orientation:
- Conduct regular training sessions on products and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Assist in service requests (cancellations, endorsements, claims, etc.) and coordinate with the Ops Team for timely closures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 0-1years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Agency/Channel sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and target-based responsibilities.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
