a. To drive the Agency business in Digital Office locations for Non Health business

b. To monitor and drive Agency business across DO locations through:

Agency Recruitment

Agent Activation

Agent Productivity

Agent Engagement Matrix

c. To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations

d. Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix

e. Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and

implement plans

f. Driving renewals as per target

Key Requirements Education & Certificates

Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing

Expert skills on MS office

Insurance domain knowledge

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills

Understanding of Agency business

Flair to drive sales teams

Hands on experience in managing large data and analytic
