Dot Net Fullstack Lead @ Trinity Consulting

Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and development of full-stack trading applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular/React, and Azure.
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate trading domain requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop real-time trading systems, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs / microservices with FIX, market data feeds, and trading engines.
• Ensure robust application security, compliance, and data integrity aligned with financial regulations.
• Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment automation.
• Mentor developers, ensure adherence to clean code and best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
• Stay current with evolving trading technologies, architecture patterns, and .NET ecosystem enhancements.

• Technical Skills:
• Backend: .NET 6+/7+, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core
• Frontend: Angular 14+ / ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Databases: MS SQL Server, Azure SQL, Redis, MongoDB (optional)
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault), Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
• Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture, CQRS
• Trading Domain Tools: FIX Protocol, Market Data Feeds (Reuters, Bloomberg, etc.), OMS/EMS integration, Real-time messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, Postman, Swagger, SonarQube

• Domain Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Trading Systems, Capital Markets, Order/Risk Management, Wealth Management and Post-Trade Processing
• Understanding of FIX protocol, Market Data integration, and Trade Lifecycle Management
• Experience with real-time trading environments, latency optimization, and fault tolerance

• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving approach
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver in fast-paced environments
