Human Resources: Talent Acquistion Professional @ Axis Bank

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Fellow in the Human Resources department The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or related fields

• Utilize knowledge of talent acquisition areas to develop and improve policies and processes
• Adapt employer branding, lead recruiting tools, systems, and channel development, and find innovative staffing methods
• Recruit new staff for specific functions based on approved plans and staffing projections
• Create campus hiring plans and drive the process
• Govern and optimize job portal usage
• Gather and share industry and TA insights and best practices
• Define, standardize, and optimize TA processes
• Design and anchor internal job postings
• Identify and nurture new hiring sources with Field HR
• Audit the entire candidate experience across their lifecycle
• Leverage analytics to identify and correct recruitment process lags

• MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR or Psychology from a recognized institute
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to network effectively
• Ability to influence hiring managers' talent decisions by providing value-added recruiting advice
• Capability to establish meaningful metrics to continuously improve recruitment efficiency
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with leaders and colleagues
• Strong conceptual work design and logical thinking skills
• Result-oriented with a good sense of new technology deployment
• A good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
