Roles and Responsibilities

1. System Administration:

Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux Laptop

Manage Google Workspace ( G-suite and endpoint).

Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backups.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot on daily operation.

2. Network Administration:

Configure and maintain routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.

Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, bandwidth utilization, and performance.

Troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, routing, VLAN, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Implement and maintain VPN connections and remote access.

Manage and optimize network security and firewall policies manage backup.

3. Security & Compliance :

Ensure endpoint protection and antivirus deployment and DLP .

Apply security updates, monitor alerts, and maintain logs.

Support IT security audits and maintain compliance (e.g., ISO, SOC.

Implement network segmentation, access control, and data protection

policies.

4. User Support & Operations:

Provide Level 2support for escalated IT issues.

Manage IT asset inventory and documentation.

Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (user accounts, email, etc.).

Hardware support to User laptop guide for interns

Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.

Skills and Qualifications You Should Have

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

34 years of experience as a System and Network Administrator.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).

Experience with firewall and VPN configuration Sophos, Cisco, etc.).

Proficiency in Windows Server and/or Linux system administration.

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
