Provide day-to-day support to end users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
Implement and manage automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet departmental and management requirements.
Monitor and manage data integrity, system security settings, and compliance policies (eg, login history, sharing rules, password policies).
Coordinate and oversee system upgrades, patches, and Salesforce release cycles.
Manage data imports/exports using Data Loader, Dataloader.io, and similar tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage thirdparty integrations and APIs.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
57 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
Experience with data management and data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io).
Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
Experience with third-party integrations and API-based connections.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global stakeholders.
Ability to work in overlapping time zones (for meetings with US East Coast teams).
Good To Have Sk ills:
Exposure to Agentforce (nice to have).
Prior experience in reputed organizations with stable career history.
