a time!Job Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced full-stack engineer to join our team and lead the design, development and deployment of complex, enterprise-grade web applications and services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable across the full stack: backend APIs (especially in Python & Java), front-end frameworks (React and/or Angular), and cloud services/infrastructure. With ~10 years of hands-on experience, you will contribute both as a senior technical individual contributor and as a mentor to mid/senior engineers.

Location: Pune/BangaloreRoles and responsibilities:
- Lead and own the end-to-end development lifecycle of features: requirement analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
- Design and implement robust, scalable RESTful (and/or GraphQL) APIs using Python (e.g., Django/Flask/FastAPI) and/or Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
- Build responsive, high-quality front-end applications using React.js and/or Angular (including TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- Define and enforce standards for code quality, performance, security, maintainability.
- Architect and deploy solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) using cloud native services (compute, storage, serverless, containerisation).
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/design teams, QA, DevOps and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features aligned to business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers: code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing, best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues: debug, root-cause, optimize, monitor, and enhance.
- Contribute to technical roadmap, evaluate new technologies, propose architectural improvements and refactoring efforts.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring/alerting, and deployment best-practices are in place and followed.
Requirement:
- 10 years of professional software development experience in full-stack web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development (APIs/web services) and Java development (Spring Boot, microservices architecture).
- Proven experience in front-end frameworks: React.js and/or Angular (with TypeScript, modern JS/ES6+).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, WebSockets (bonus), microservices, event-driven architecture.
- Experience working with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks and schema design.
- Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP): deploying applications, using services like EC2/Lambda, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless, load-balancing, auto-scaling.
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Strong object-oriented design, design patterns, algorithmic thinking, data structures, performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading developers and guiding architectural decisions.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Familiarity with security best practices (OWASP, authentication/authorization, encryption) is highly desirable.
