You will work closely with the functional architect and business stakeholders to execute process improvements, perform detailed fit-gap analysis, and apply modern automation and AI capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes. A typical day involves working with business users to understand requirements, configuring D365 CRM based on best practices, experimenting with AI-assisted tools (Copilot, AI Builder, Power Automate), and improving user adoption.Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as a functional expert in Dynamics 365 CRM during workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions.
  • Collaborate with the Solution / Enterprise Architect to convert business requirements into scalable configurations.
  • Execute fit-gap analysis, prepare functional design documents, and validate end-to-end process flows.
  • Configure D365 CRM modules and support AI-driven features (Copilot setup, Power Automate, AI Builder workflows).
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Commerce, Technical) to ensure seamless solution alignment.
  • Support testing cycles - SIT, UAT, data validation, and production readiness.
  • Contribute to creation of reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge documentation.
  • Mentor consultants and analysts in the project; promote high-quality delivery standards.________________________________________Professional & Technical SkillsMust Have Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
  • Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Design scalable CRM workflows, dashboards, and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Ensure high performance, security, and compliance of CRM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing the CRM application.
  • Develop and deploy Gen AI-powered features such as intelligent chatbots, Copilot extensions, automated content generation, and predictive insights.
  • Integrate Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and other Gen AI services into CRM workflows.
  • Working experience with AI/automation capabilities, such as:Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot in D365 and Power PlatformGood to Have
  • Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, or integration touchpoints.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for CRM and AI deployments using Azure DevOps.Leadership & Behavioral Skills
