Senior Manager - Seller Onboarding @ Myntra

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager Seller Onboarding to lead and scale our onboarding operations. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics. You will be responsible for managing a large team of agents, optimizing onboarding processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless seller experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end seller onboarding operations, ensuring timely and quality onboarding experiences.
• Manage a team of 70 agents, driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding challenges and enhance seller satisfaction.
• Own key metrics related to onboarding success, seller activation, and operational throughput.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain high standards of seller quality.

• Education: B.E. (Preferred); MBA (Optional but advantageous)
• Experience: 7-9 years in seller onboarding, key account management, or e-commerce operations
• Proven experience in managing large teams and outsourced operations
• Strong understanding of process re-engineering and operational excellence
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; working knowledge of SQL
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
