Job Description
Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Experience: 4+ Year (Relevant Salesforce)
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: AUS Shift (8:00 am 5:00 pm) IST
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring the ability to manage a team, engage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality technical delivery in an Agile environment.
Role & responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins to deliver project goals.
- Ensure best practices are followed in configuration, coding, and DevOps processes using tools like SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and prioritize work using Agile tools like Jira.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and conduct code reviews.
- Work cross-functionally with business, technical, and leadership teams for successful project delivery.
Preferred candidate profile :
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience in Salesforce integrations with third-party applications
- Proficiency in DevOps and tools like SFDX, Git, Jenkins, etc.
Functional Skills:
Deep understanding of business process mapping and translating requirements into Salesforce solutions
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience in team management, mentoring developers, and owning technical delivery Communication Skills:
Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and document technical solutions effectively.
Tools & Certifications:
Experience using Jira, Salesforce DevOps tools
Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or Architect (preferred )
