Job Description
You will be responsible for driving the performance and success of Partners by enabling lead conversions, ensuring new customer acquisition, and supporting overall partner growth. You are results-driven and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:-
- New Customer Acquisition: Support partners in converting leads into customers through product demos and effective communication.
- Partner Enablement: Help train and equip partner teams with product knowledge and sales skills.
- Partner Development: Engage regularly with existing partners to improve their performance and sales output.
- Lead Management: Handle leads from various sources, track progress, and maintain reports on demos and conversions.
Required Skills:-
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to understand the business & requirements of the customers
- Working experience with SME businesses
- High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
