Job Description

We re hiring an L&D Specialist who blends sharp stakeholder understanding with GenAI-enabled content curation. Your core focus will be identifying learning needs, scouting or sourcing the right courses, and customizing them using GenAI tools to make them relevant, fast, and effective.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who s equally comfortable speaking to business leaders and experimenting with AI prompts to design smart learning solutions.

What You ll Do
Work with business teams to understand learning needs and define skill gaps.
Identify suitable off-the-shelf or external courses (Coursera, Udemy, etc.).
Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to tweak, summarize, or personalize content.
Co-create microlearning, job aids, and custom learning paths.
Track completion, collect feedback, and measure learning impact.
Maintain and update the learning repository, calendar, and engagement data.
What You Should Bring
1 4 years experience in L&D or instructional design.
Practical know-how of GenAI tools for learning content design.
Experience working with LMS platforms or external learning providers.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Eye for detail and willingness to experiment with new tech.
Passion for shaping how people grow and learn at work

Bonus if You Have
Prompting or content rephrasing experience using GenAI.
Experience using LMS platforms or content curation tools.
Built or supported role-based learning journeys.
Worked in a tech/product/startup environment.
