Primary Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual from a medical background to join our team as a Medical Claims Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to claims and the rejection of claims. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service while resolving customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment,
Ability to contribute to revenue basis cross sell.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be graduate
