Role & responsibilities
"4 to 7 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruiting.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Mandatory, MBA preferred!
Excel(dashboards) and PPT experince is mandatory"
