Job Description

Role & responsibilities

"4 to 7 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruiting.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Mandatory, MBA preferred!
Excel(dashboards) and PPT experince is mandatory"

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 7 Years of experience in IT Recruitment

PF / Form 16 is mandatory

Immediate to 15 Years Noticeperiod Only Prefered

Budget upto : 6.72 Lacs
