Job Description

    • Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records.
    • Support the preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.
    • Assist in the filing of statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities.
    • Coordinate with various departments for the preparation of reports and documentation.
    • Research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
    • Provide general administrative support to the Company Secretary.
