Job Description

    • Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities 
    • Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal agreements, including NDAs and other contracts.
    • Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other statutory requirements.
    • Maintaining statutory records, registers, and filings.
    • Advising management on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
    • Coordinating with legal, compliance, and regulatory bodies as required.
    • Job Specification:-
    • Skills Required 
    •  In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI, and compliance regulations.
    •  Strong drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
    • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
