We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk SME to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Roles and Responsibility
Responds to and diagnoses problems through user discussions, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and problem escalation.
Provides effective and timely resolution of users' problems, queries, or complaints.
Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
Manages and oversees the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
Delivers professional responsibilities focusing on excellence and typically manages a team of Individual Contributor co-workers.
Executes specialized projects and activities according to set principles.
Job Requirements
