Shift: Night Shift | 5 Days Working

Your Impact
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Deliver timely and accurate resolutions at high productivity
Build client & domain knowledge for first-call resolution
Ensure adherence to SLAs CSAT, Handle Time, Customer Effort
Maintain quality & compliance standards
Document queries/issues and follow up effectively
Support operational improvements
Eligibility
Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BBA, BSc, BPharma
Not Eligible: BTech, MTech, MCA, BCA, MBA, Hotel Mgmt., or other specialized/technical streams
Excellent English communication skills mandatory
Basic MS Office skills required
Flexible to work in rotational shifts
