Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand the reach of Properties.market by onboarding property owners, builders, and brokers, while executing local area marketing initiatives. This role combines direct sales, relationship management, and on-ground marketing to generate high-quality property listings and leads.


Key Responsibilities


Field Sales (Primary Responsibility)

  • Identify and engage property owners, builders, and real estate agents within assigned territories.
  • Onboard new properties/listings onto the Properties.market platform.
  • Present platform benefits, pricing plans, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals or subscription packages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct site visits and verify property details.

Marketing (Secondary Responsibility)


  • Execute on-ground marketing activities such as canopy campaigns, flyers, events, and broker meets.
  • Promote brand visibility in key localities.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
  • Gather market intelligence on pricing trends and competitor activities.
  • Support promotional campaigns and property launches.
