Roles and Responsibilities

Manage counter sales, showroom sales, retail sales, jewelry sales, RSO (Returns & Stock Outwards), gold loan sales, luxury watches sales, gems & apparel sales at our retail outlets.
Ensure excellent customer service by providing personalized solutions to customers' needs.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue.
