Job Description

We are hiring a proactive ERP Maintenance Executive to support the day-to-day ERP operations at our Manufacturing Unit in Sriperumbudur. The role involves close coordination with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure smooth ERP transactions, accurate data entry, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update ERP data across production, procurement, and inventory modules.
Generate and analyze daily and periodic reports from the ERP system.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
Assist the IT/ERP team in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
Support documentation and record management for all ERP-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Any graduate (technical background preferred).
Experience: 01 year (freshers may apply).
Basic understanding of ERP systems and workflows.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as production, procurement, and stores.
Good communication and MS Excel proficiency.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
