Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at Anubavam, you will lead the delivery of complex SaaS projects for clients across the globe. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global clientele, leverage industry-leading Project Management tools, and be a key player in transforming higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Own the entire project lifecyclefrom requirements gathering to Go-Liveensuring delivery excellence, quality, and timeliness.
- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships through regular communication, steering committee meetings, and delivering measurable client satisfaction metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with QA, development, and delivery teams to manage configurations, testing, and feature enhancements.
- Agile Execution: Apply Agile principles to prioritize tasks, manage scope, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Tools Mastery: Use project management tools like MS Projects to monitor progress, allocate resources, and document deliverables.
- Change Management: Navigate complex change requests and ensure seamless transitions without disruption to project goals.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Proven track record of delivering SaaS or enterprise solutions, with 5+ years in project management. International or onsite client experience is a significant advantage.
- Certifications: PMP certification or Agile certification is preferred.
- Skills:
Expertise in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Proficiency with tools like MS Projects, Jira, or similar.
Excellent conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with global clients.
