Were hiring ServiceNow Champs who can wear multiple hats Support Engineer, Platform Expert, Integration Specialist, or Automation Enthusiast depending on where your strengths shine brightest.

What Were Looking For

You dont need to tick every box were looking for strong fundamentals, curiosity, and the drive to build on the ServiceNow Platform.

Must-have Core Skills:

• ServiceNow Platform experience (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Strong in Database (SQL / MySQL / Oracle) concepts
• Proficient in Scripting (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
• Basic exposure to Linux / Unix environments
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
  

Nice-to-have / Track-specific Skills:

• ServiceNow Platform experience (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Understanding of ITIL Framework
• Hands-on with API Integrations, Cloud, or UI components
• Exposure to Infrastructure automation or workflow scripting
