Proven experience in technical IT recruitment (domestic).
Strong knowledge of software development roles (Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, etc.).
Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good-to-have skills
Experience in social media hiring strategies.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
