Customer Care Executive Voice Process
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Care Executives (Voice Process). The ideal candidate should possess average English communication skills and strong proficiency in regional languages to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and performance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (no qualification cap).
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Age: Minimum 18 years.
- Language Skills:
- Average communication skills in English.
- Good communication skills in Tamil or Kannada.
Work Details
- Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Shift Duration: 9.5 hours (including 1-hour break).
- Leave Policy: No leaves permitted for the first 3 months.
Salary Package
- CTC: 25,000 per month
- 23,000 (Fixed) + 2,000 (Performance Linked Incentive)
