Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Marketing Community Lead to strengthen HCG Cancer Hospitals community outreach, brand visibility, and engagement within local and regional networks. The role focuses on developing and managing community-based marketing initiatives, awareness programs, and partnerships that drive patient trust, referrals, and health education.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Outreach & Engagement
- Plan, organize, and execute community health awareness programs, cancer screening camps, and corporate wellness initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, NGOs, corporates, educational institutions, and associations.
- Collaborate with doctors, nursing teams, and patient support groups to enhance HCGs brand presence in the community.
Marketing & Branding
- Support the marketing team in implementing hospital-level promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all community programs and collateral.
- Manage patient testimonials, success stories, and digital content related to community initiatives.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to amplify outreach activities across social media and local platforms.
Strategic Partnerships & Networking
- Identify and onboard community partners, influencers, and local stakeholders for long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate with corporate HR teams for tie-ups and health engagement programs.
- Participate in local events, exhibitions, and forums to promote HCGs cancer care expertise.
Data & Reporting
- Track and report the performance of community programs, including participation, leads generated, and conversion outcomes.
- Maintain a database of outreach events, partners, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide insights to the marketing head for strategy development and ROI analysis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 36 years of experience in marketing, community engagement, or healthcare outreach (preferably in hospitals, healthcare NGOs, or wellness brands).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Comfortable with data reporting and presentations.
