Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automation testing for web and backend applications.
- Execute and maintain functional, API, and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like Selenium.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
- Document defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle management.
- Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
