Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing the technical architecture, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and specifications while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.- Salesforce hands-on implementation experience with major salesforce certifications (minimum PD1 and PD2). Nice to have advanced System and Platform Architect stream certifications.- Must have good knowledge and experience on Integrations (SOAP and REST) and standard Salesforce APIs usage- Must have Sales and Service Cloud implementation experience with CPQ knowledge- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Administration.- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services.- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.- This position is based in Chennai.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
