HR Recruiter (Day Shift Female Candidates Only)|| Immediate Joiners||
Location: Hyderabad.
Working Days: 6 days.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Age: Up to 29 years.
Office Timings:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.
Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.
(Sunday Fixed Off).
Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and passionate female HR Recruiters to join our team in a day shift role. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong desire to build a career in recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates during the entire hiring cycle.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Experience:
Freshers: Welcome (training provided).
Experienced: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in recruitment preferred.
Salary Details:
Freshers: 18,000 (In-Hand).
Experienced Recruiters: Up to 25,000 (In-Hand).
