Job Overview:

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid (Flexible)

Shift Timing: Night Shift Saturday to Friday (5 working days),

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through email support, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
  
• Handle international non-voice processes with ease, demonstrating strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  
• Utilize typing speed to efficiently process customer requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in BPO non-voice processes, including email support, chat support, or other related functions.
  
• Possess excellent English language skills (spoken & written) for effective interaction with customers worldwide.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry (customer service).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A/B.B.A/B.M.S.).
  
• Excellent communication skills for handling international clients via email support.
  
• Proficient in using technology-based tools for efficient processing of customer requests.
